TantaComm Clears PCI DSS V3.0 Certification

In order to safeguard its customers’ credit cardholder personal information, TantaComm, a provider of customer interaction recording, compliance, and performance management solutions, completed its annual certification to PCI DSS V3.0 standard. Also the company has added HIPAA Compliance to its suite of offerings.

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) provides a baseline of technical and operational requirements designed to protect cardholder data. Unveiled in November 2013, the PCI DSS version 3.0 encompasses twelve requirements for security management, policies, procedures, network architecture, software design, and other critical protective measures.
