July 29, 2014

Rimhub Holdings has announced that the company has acquired Systems Integration, Inc. (SII), a company that provides contact center and IT help desk infrastructure solutions to U.S. Government agencies and commercial enterprises. The company also provides contact center and help desk systems.

Rimhub provides strategic sourcing solutions to its clients all over the world. Companies can transfer their important internal functions to Rimhub and get benefits such as improved operational and financial performance. Rimhub believes that its acquisition of Systems Integration, Inc will complement its current services.

For Systems Integration, Inc., this acquisition is expected to help the company to develop its business in the enterprise markets. The company will also look to improve the service it offers to U.S. government.

Systems Integration, Inc., has been acquired by a company that has a very good reputation in the outsourcing industry. Recently, Rimhub was included in The Global Outsourcing 100 sub-list honors compiled annually by the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP).

The Global Outsourcing 100 is an opt-in independent evaluation of the abilities of outsourcing service providers and advisors.  The award judges by independent judges who are outsourcing experts and peers on characteristics such as size and growth, customer references, organizational competencies, and management capabilities.

“With the completion of the SII acquisition, Rimhub Holdings now has a much stronger presence in the US government sector and an opportunity to gain further market share in this important vertical," said Srinath Narayan, Chairman and CEO of Rimhub Holdings. "In the enterprise market segment, both subsidiaries together now have a much broader service delivery footprint and product portfolio. We also plan to leverage SII's expertise as a premier partner of Interactive Intelligence (News - Alert), a global provider of contact center and unified communications solutions, to expand our growth in the enterprise segment.”
