AMC Contact Canvas Achieves Oracle Validated Integration

Recently, AMC Technology, a Gold level member of Oracle Partner Network (OPN), achieved Oracle Validated Integration of AMC Contact Canvas 6.0 with Oracle Service Cloud. Contact Canvas is an open architecture platform by AMC that helps users to deliver enhanced contact center services.

Oracle validated integration enables Oracle partners to offer solutions that are integrated with one or more Oracle applications. Oracle tests and validates a partner's integration and then integrates the same with Oracle applications in a reliable, standardized way assuring solutions operate and perform as documented.

Oracle Validated Integration comes after fulfilling numerous stringent requirements. These needs are based on the priorities of the customer. Hence, they provide a level of operational certainty regarding the use of advanced features such as inbound and outbound screen pops and helps agents ensure consistent quality in their work.
