Last Chance to Enter Extreme Contact Center Makeover Contest

May 09, 2014

Many of us like to procrastinate. There is in fact an old saying, “Don’t do today what you can put off until tomorrow,” that many people believe is a rule not an exception. However, there are deadlines to consider, and for those of you who have put off entering, today is the last day you can register to enter the unprecedented opportunity for an extreme makeover of your contact center. You read correctly, if you are the lucky winner of the Interactive Intelligence’s (News - Alert) Customer Experience Makeover: Contact Center Style contest, your company’s contact center operations will be made over by one of the industry’s recognized leaders and a host of associated partners.

There are few times in our professional lives where we can become instant heroes throughout our organizations. This is one of them. But, if you are not in it to win it this will be a major opportunity lost.

The contest is open to businesses of any size worldwide. And, when I say this could be extreme, here is why. The makeover will include:

  • Interactive Intelligence cloud contact center technology;
  • Associated hardware, phones, headsets, CRM software, workstations, monitors, furniture, and interior design services;
  • Training and consulting services.

“Our business is helping contact centers improve the service experience they deliver to their customers,” said Interactive Intelligence CMO Joe Staples (News - Alert). “With that objective in mind, we created this contest to showcase the difference the latest technologies, equipment, and best practices can make in delivering a great customer experience. We look forward to giving that one lucky winner the opportunity to delight its customers, while turning service into a competitive weapon.”

Here is what you can win!

To put it simply, this is a portfolio of capabilities that is almost hard to put a price tag (News - Alert) on. Along with a cloud-based contact center solution, training and consulting services from Interactive Intelligence, the winner will receive from partner sponsors—Contact Center Compliance, OrgSpan, Plantronics (News - Alert) and Zendesk—additional technologies, equipment and services.

A panel of Interactive Intelligence judges will determine the contest winner who will be revealed at the Interactive Intelligence global customer and partner event, INTERACTIONS 2014, held June 2-5 in Indianapolis.

While you need not be present to qualify, it might be a good idea to be there. Interactive Intelligence is documenting the entire makeover process (photos, videos, blogs and articles, etc.), and let’s face it having your victory celebration captured for posterity and bragging rights would in a word be “Awesome!”

Here is what you need to know. Since the deadline to be eligible to win is 11:59 EDT today, delay is not an alternative. Contest rules and the application form are available at www.inin.com/cxmakeover. In fact, while you are reading this, if you have not already entered why not click on the link.  You have nothing to lose and an unparalleled chance to be a hero.

All candidates will be considered, except businesses that have already engaged in sales discussions with Interactive Intelligence, or one of its resellers.

I will be in Indy for Interactions 2014, and our co-located CX Hot Trends Symposium featuring a literal who’s who of industry subject matter experts detailing invaluable insights on trends and best practices for success.

So don’t delay and enter now. See you in Indy.
