Interactive Intelligence 'Customer Experience Makeover Contest' Deadline Nears

For those who have not yet entered, today would be a great day to do so. What I am referring to is the almost unbelievable opportunity for an extreme makeover of your contact center, if you are the lucky winner of the Interactive Intelligence’s Customer Experience Makeover: Contact Center Style contest.


The contest is open to businesses of any size worldwide. And, when I say this could be extreme, here is why. The makeover will include:

  • Interactive Intelligence cloud contact center technology;
  • Associated hardware, phones, headsets, CRM software, workstations, monitors, furniture, and interior design services;
  • Training and consulting services.

As noted above, this is quite a bundle of terrific deliverables. Along with a cloud-based contact center solution, training and consulting services from Interactive Intelligence, the winner will receive from partner sponsors— Contact Center Compliance, OrgSpan, Plantronics and Zendesk—additional technologies, equipment and services.

A panel of Interactive Intelligence judges will determine the contest winner who will be revealed at the Interactive Intelligence global customer and partner event, INTERACTIONS 2014, held June 2-5 in Indianapolis.

While you need not be present to qualify, it might be a good idea to be there. Interactive Intelligence is documenting the entire makeover process (photos, videos, blogs and articles, etc.), and clearly capturing the victory celebration would be great PR for the winner.

All candidates will be considered, except businesses that have already engaged in sales discussions with Interactive Intelligence, or one of its resellers.
