CosmoCom (News - Alert), a provider of Contact Center Consolidation 2.0 solutions, has announced that Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC) has recognized its CosmoCall Universe Contact Center platform.

TMC (News - Alert) has selected this platform for its prestigious TMC Labs Innovation Award for 2008, as featured in the current issue of Customer Interaction Solutions magazine, a TMC publication. “CosmoCom prides itself on innovations with a purpose: to optimize communication between organizations and their customers," said Ari Sonesh, CosmoCom's Chairman and CEO, in a Wednesday statement.

"From our original patented work on the all-IP contact center architecture and universal queuing and routing, through every version and product improvement, including our latest advances enabling comprehensive contact center platform consolidation in the largest enterprises, we are working to make organizations more reachable and responsive, improve the customer experience, and make customer care more efficient and cost effective for companies on every continent."

Nadji Tehrani, founder and chairman of TMC, and publisher of Customer Interaction Solutions added: "CosmoCom clearly demonstrated to the staff of TMC Labs the innovation of CosmoCall Universe and how it has made significant contributions in the advancement of the industry. The TMC Labs Innovation Awards were developed in an effort to honor products that demonstrate raw innovation, unique features and significant contributions toward improving communications technology.

These awards are granted to those products that represent a significant contribution to the industry. The TMC Labs 2008 Innovation Award highlights are set to be published in the September and October 2008 issues of Customer Interaction Solutions magazine.

CosmoCom has done well to recognize the challenges within the contact center industry and has taken an innovative approach to delivering solutions that address the every day business needs of the contact center.
