Interactive Intelligence "Platinum Sponsor" at Dubai Expo

Global software and service provider Interactive Intelligence announced this week that it has signed up to be a “Platinum Sponsor” of the Gartner Symposium/ITxpo this year. The event will take place from April 1-3 and will host a number of enterprises and business professionals who will meet to learn about the newest mobile and cloud technologies from their peers.


Interactive Intelligence, specifically, will use the event to display its contact center, communications, and business automation solutions. This includes the contact center Customer Interaction Center software that provides businesses with the ability to complete multichannel queuing, outbound dialing, screen recording, and real-time speech analytics through its own private branch exchange calling network.

CMC Turkey is one of the biggest outbound call centers in Turkey and is a customer of Interactive Intelligence. Its General Manager, Tolga Basarir, will speak at the Symposium/ITxpo and provide attendees with a detailed explanation of how the Customer Interaction Center works.

Shaheen Haque, territory manager for the Middle East & Turkey at Interactive Intelligence, spoke in the company's statement about the important social and business connections enterprises can make at the Gartner event. He placed an emphasis on the CIOs specific to Middle East companies and the improvement of software which allows Interactive Intelligence to continue to properly serve the needs of its clients.

“The Gartner event is a great forum for us to engage in meaningful discussions with CIOs in the Middle East and educate them about the latest market trends and technologies in the contact center space,” Haque said. “At the same time it is also an opportunity to get valuable market feedback so that we can better design our solutions to meet the needs of the local market.”

The Symposium/ITxpo will include a number of speakers from private enterprises and from Gartner itself. It will also include exhibitions in three main categories: The Solution Showcase will allow business professionals to examine and find information about enterprises' newest products. Businesses can schedule 30-minute, face-to-face meetings with potential sponsors to help get their products off the ground or through any part of production. Finally, speakers in solution provider sessions will explain their personal strategies and solutions for overcoming past challenges related to their own projects.
