NewVoiceMedia Enters into Partnership with Twilio

November 15, 2013

Cloud contact center vendor NewVoiceMedia intends to steal the limelight on November 20th by attempting to set a new world record for building a full fledged contact center in less than 30 minutes. The vendor plans to set the ball rolling with the official launch of a strategic partnership with cloud communications provider Twilio at its headquarters in San Francisco, where the event will take place.

The deal is expected to strengthen NewVoiceMedia’s footprint in North America and expand its presence in the region. Twilio’s agile cloud telephony infrastructure will complement the vendor’s multitenant cloud contact center solutions and help enhance customer experience.

"We're delighted to announce our partnership with Twilio to enable faster deployments for our customers' telephony infrastructures and acceleration of our technology into live customer environments,” noted Jonathan Gale, CEO of NewVoiceMedia.

NewVoiceMedia's ContactWorld has been designed to provide fast and personalized service to customers, reduce cost, provide visibility and increase operational efficiency. By integrating seamlessly with Twilio, the synergies of both companies can be combined to result in scalable, robust and reliable telephony via a single platform.

Recently NewVoiceMedia received $35m as venture funding and was able to expand its services over five continents. The deal with Twilio will further enhance the vendor’s capability to enable faster deployments for customers.

Twilio’s chief revenue officer, Bobby Napiltonia, appeared to be impressed with NewVoiceMedia's suite and also the customer experience that it created.

“NewVoiceMedia is in the process of disrupting one of the biggest technology markets in the world and we are very excited to be supporting its rapid expansion and helping shape the future of business communications," said Napiltonia, while commenting on the partnership.
