HP Digital Marketing Hub Helps Increase Engagement in Multi-Channel Marketplace

HP Autonomy, a developer of software that enables automated personalization and categorization of text sources, has launched HP Digital Marketing Hub to address the fundamental challenge faced by marketers while trying to increase engagement in the constantly changing and multichannel marketplace.


A major innovation in HP's HAVEn big data strategy, the new HP Digital Marketing Hub is an open and collaborative system that helps organizations tap into, process and act on data from marketing systems and technologies, HP said.

HP Digital Marketing Hub combines technologies from HP Autonomy, HP Vertica and HP Labs. HP Autonomy solutions include HP Autonomy Intelligent Data Operating Layer (IDOL) and HP Autonomy Marketing Optimization. The solution also leverages HP Converged Cloud to bring advanced analytics to all marketers.

The HP Digital Marketing Hub leverages assets from HP such as: HP Autonomy Intelligent Data Operating Layer (IDOL); HP Autonomy Marketing Optimization; HP Converged Cloud; HP Labs; and HP Vertica.

Thanks to the new data analytics solution, marketers can dynamically identify customer segments; build prescriptive models that match segments to targeted campaigns, offer and content; and engage in real time with these customers across advertising, contact center, mobile, print, social and Web touch points.

HP Autonomy has partnered with several independent software vendors (ISVs) and digital marketing agencies for development and integration for the HP Digital Marketing Hub. Some of the partners include BlueKai, Digital River, ExactTarget, Experian Marketing Services, hybris Software, Kenshoo, Marketo and Rio SEO.
