Applications Invited for Funds from Interactive Intelligence

Interactive Intelligence, a global provider of contact center, unified communications, and business process automation software and services announced that it is now accepting grant applications from organizations seeking funding to foster life improvements for at-risk youth.


The Interactive Intelligence Foundation board will be reviewing requests based on several criteria including the mission of the organization, its emphasis on science and technology, and the impact the project would have on at-risk youth.

The opportunity to request funds to support organization in 2014 was open from October 14, 2013 and will close on November 15, 2013. The company would be disclosing the final decisions by Dec. 20, 2013.

The Interactive Intelligence Foundation is a non-profit corporation, incorporated in the state of Indiana. The Foundation was formed in 2010 by Interactive Intelligence Group. The Foundation works with a mission to use available resources and funding to foster life improvements for at-risk youth.

Requests for funds from the Interactive Intelligence Foundation are considered annually and are reviewed at the end of each calendar year for funding in the following year. Company also made a clarification that the Foundation will not fund administrative or overhead costs, all money received from the Foundation should be used to the specific project that funds were requested for.

Interactive Intelligence Group has more than 5,000 customers worldwide. The company is among Software Magazine's 2013 Top 500 Global Software and Service Providers, and is the recipient of TMC's Cloud Computing Magazine's 2012 Cloud Computing Excellence Award.

Recently, Interactive Intelligence, a provider of contact center solutions, announced that Pam Hynes, Interactive Intelligence Group’s vice president of Client Success and Education, has won the CX Impact Award from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA).
