LiveOps Announces Latest Addition to Channel Program in UK and Ireland

LiveOps, Inc., the global player in cloud contact center and customer service solutions, and Capstone have joined forces for success in the UK and Ireland.


Announcing the latest addition to its channel program in the United Kingdom and Ireland, officials with LiveOps said that Capstone is an international systems integrator and with a proven track record of designing and supporting customer contact solutions for their clients.

The LiveOps channel program is designed to empower business partners with the tools and support needed to succeed, while also rewarding them with higher levels of margin contribution for their commitment to LiveOps.

The new alliance adds cloud multi-channel plus social contact center solution to the portfolio for leading UK and Ireland communications technology systems integrator.

Officials with LiveOps said that Capstone provides access to strategic markets in the UK and Ireland for LiveOps.

LiveOps Engage looks like a typical web page, so it’s easy for an agent to use.

Triant said that Capstone is a perfect example. LiveOps complements the Capstone business model perfectly.
