Mid-year Customer Survey Results Released by Hart InterCivic

August 27, 2013

Hart InterCivic recently released the results of its latest customer service survey. The results were overall positive for Hart Intercivic as the survey confirmed that 92% of Hart's customers were extremely happy with the customer service they received. Hart is one of the premier providers in the country for election management and voting systems.

In a statement, CEO Phillip Braithwaite said, "We are grateful to our loyal customers, who continue to provide us with important feedback year after year. Our surveys are one of many ways Hart listens and responds to the voice of our customers. The exceptionally positive feedback confirms we are delivering on our customers' highest priorities and helps us focus on how to continually improve and innovate. Our goal is to be the best election provider in America, and that means having the best customer service. We are proud that we put our customers and the democratic process first."

Hart has focused on improving its customer service since 2007 and has regularly run customer satisfaction surveys and published those results directly to its customers. The company also has a relationship matters newsletters which it sends out to customers to show them the initiatives it takes to ensure they have an overall excellent customer service experience. One of Hart’s customers, Carolyn Crnich of Humbolt County, County Clerk, Recorder & Registrar of Voters, said, "Communication with every level of Hart's staff is vital in resolving issues and developing proposals. Hart's responses are always timely, accurate and complete."

The company spends both time and money to review every single comment and suggestion that comes across via its surveys. Any issues or problems that are highlighted during the survey, get a personal phone call where a Hart customer service representative looks to immediately solve and address the issue at hand.

Another customer of Hart, Carolyn Meyers, Cowlitz County, WA Election Supervisor, said, "The customer support is exceptional. When we have an issue, you respond immediately and keep in touch until it is resolved to our satisfaction. That sends the message that your customers matter to you."
