Mellon Group Receives Multilateral Recognition at Contact Center World Awards

Mellon Group of Companies, an IT integrator and BPO services provider, claimed that it garnered over three awards at the Contact Center World Awards. The companies that participated in the annual Contact Center World awards event were BlueSphere (Greece), Mellon Poland (Poland) and Mellon Solutions (FYROM).


The Contact Center World awards unique as they are not judged by vendors or consultants and not even influential sponsors; rather, the awards are presented to winning participants by the people who run the contact centers. The award ranking system helps companies differentiate themselves from unranked companies and also attract talent, reward employees and show customers and stakeholders how they perform.

Under the Best Community Spirit awards category, Mellon Solutions is stated to have won the first place after demonstrating its best practices of corporate social and environmental responsibility within the call center. Mellon Poland along with Poland’s mBank won the second place in the Best Outsourcing Partnership category. BlueSphere was awarded bronze in the Best Outbound Campaign category. Also for the seventh consecutive year, the Mellon Group of Companies was nominated for the ‘Best in the Best in EMEA’ recognition.

The Group claimed that it has been benchmarked and awarded for different competences by top international organizations including Europe’s 500 Entrepreneurs for Growth, Best Workplaces and Contact Center World Awards.

In related news, Altitude Software and Mellon Group of Companies partnered to provide contact center services in Eastern Europe. Mellon Romania was awarded with Gold at the second annual Contact Center World awards.
