Dunkin' Donuts Selects Epsilon for Loyalty Marketing Technology Platform

Epsilon recently announced that it has entered into an agreement with Dunkin' Donuts to offer the required technology solutions that will enable Dunkin Donuts to roll out its new DD Perks Program, which is an innovative loyalty-designed initiative that the company hopes to implement before the end of 2013. 


Dunkin' Donuts is extremely popular across the nation for serving up coffee and baked goodies like donuts, bagels and muffins. Brand Keys has awarded Dunkin’ Donuts as the number one ranking company for customer loyalty in the coffee category for seven consecutive years. Currently, Dunkin’ Donuts has over 10,500 restaurants spread across 31 countries.
