June 27, 2013

Cloud contact centers are the new trend in the contact center industry and various companies are forming partnerships that help them to explore this market better.

LiveOps has announced that the company has entered into a strategic alliance with Connect NZ. According to the terms of partnership, Connect NZ has added LiveOps cloud contact centre to its contact centre portfolio.

The partnership was formed after Connect NZ discovered that the company had a growing list of participants in LiveOps Channel Partner Program. These participants were looking to develop their cloud contact centre business by selecting their multichannel plus social platform.

With the help of the combined platform that been introduced, these participants can now facilitate numerous communications channels including voice, chat, email, SMS and social media over a single platform. LiveOps also offers LiveOps Engage, the single-screen user interface for all channels, to complement its LiveOps Platform.

With this partnership, both the companies can install contact centre applications such as cloud-based screen recording, IVR, inbound/outbound voice, multichannel and social media capabilities.

LiveOps Channel Partner Program allows partners to succeed and rewards them with higher levels of revenue. The program has various features that help partners in increasing their bottom lines with monthly recurring revenue. Partners get to take advantage of the company’s cloud contact center technology and other features such as sales support, marketing tools, and training.

“Connect NZ is a known brand in the ANZ region and we welcome their addition to our channel program. We are in the process of strategically building a strong network of premiere channel relationships that can give us the best quality representation all around the world to benefit our mutual customer base,” said Vasili Triant, SVP of Cloud Application Sales, LiveOps.

In 2009, the company was selected by Sammamish, Washington-based Tradeshow Marketing Company to look after the inbound contact center services for their direct response television campaign.
