Noble Systems Integrates Web Services with Customer Contact Programs

May 22, 2013

Noble Systems Corporation has unveiled the Noble Web Interfacing Service or WISE, offering versatility to multichannel customer contact programs. Noble facilitates data exchange between applications with the help of web services. Apart from enhancing customer experience, the use of Web services accelerates response times to customer contacts. Online sales organizations will also experience enhanced “Speed to Lead”.

Users can share information with third-party applications through SOAP based exchange using Web services from Noble. Noble Web Interfacing Services facilitate the capability to generate a request for information from an external system and to obtain data for consumer records.

As an example, data from a query on a Web page can be received by Noble. Noble will then create a calling record on its own into an active list, ensuring the number is called instantaneously. The agent will have access to all the related customer data during the call. After the agent collects additional information it will be updated in the client database. The system can then  export data, accept a request for information, and transmit data from Noble to third-party systems like a client CRM or web-based order entry system using Noble WISE.

In a statement, Chris Hodges, senior vice president for Sales and Marketing at Noble Systems said, “In today’s on-demand world, consumers set expectations for a quick response when making an inquiry or requesting services. Often, the first responder gets the consumer’s business. The addition of Web Services to the Noble Enterprise Solution gives our clients increased options for their customer contact services, and allows them to respond quickly to new leads or customer requests, with automated real-time call list updates that remove the need for manual maintenance.”

Noble Web Services are presently available for Noble’s premise and Noble Cloud configurations. Apart from being used with SSL communication, they can be configured with a verification key to improve protection.
