Voxware and LogFire Help Leverage Voice Along with Warehouse Management Solutions

When companies innovate along with evolving trends, business models change and warehouse operations, an integral part of the supply chain, take on a different hue, leaving customers hard pressed to achieve their warehouse and supply chain initiatives.

Even companies like LogFire, reputed for its multitenant cloud-based supply chain execution and warehouse management solution (WMS), turned to Voxware (News - Alert) to help customers leverage voice along with its cloud-based extended warehouse management solutions, noted officials.

LogFire and Voxware are currently demoing the integrated solution at ProMat 2013 in the Voxware booth, 3550, and the LogFire booth, 3481.

Voxware, a provider of quality cloud-based voice solutions, reportedly empowers companies to quickly address shifting demands without disruptions to the operations and also rapidly deploy an integrated voice solution into a distribution center or in-store operation.

Thus the combination of LogFire’s WMS and Voxware’s voice software in the cloud, according to officials, gives organizations a competitive edge as they have access to the latest and most advanced technologies in warehouse operations, which in turn is expected to improve operational efficiency and enhance brand reputation.

“Voice offers a robust, cost-effective alternative to traditional RF, user interface-based system interaction, and paper-based options that can help take our customers to the next generation of operational excellence,” observed Diego Pantoja-Navajas, founder and CEO at LogFire, while commenting on the Voxware partnership.

The LogFire-Voxware integrated cloud-based solution is also expected to be a boon to manufacturers, wholesalers, logistics services providers and retailers as they can rapidly and seamlessly deploy solutions and carry out distribution center and in-store operations cost-effectively.

Even smaller and mid-size users will now be able to deploy Tier 1 solutions and get the benefits of voice and Omni-channel warehouse management capabilities.

Voxware, a leading provider of voice solutions, announced the evolution of its Cloud Voice Management Suite (VMS) for the enterprise. This latest offering from Voxware enables organizations off all sizes to migrate to a cloud-based voice management system to enhance operational productivity, improve accuracy and better serve its customers without investing in costly IT infrastructure.
