CSG is a company specializing in providing software and service- based business support solutions that help clients maximize customer relationships and generate revenue.

Talking about the extension, Peter Kalan, chief executive officer and president of CSG International, said that CSG is fortunate to work with the second largest cable provider in the company, Time Warner Cable, for about 30 years now. Their core commitment and vision to achieve service excellence has enabled them to transform the business from a small provider of high-quality analog video services during the early 1980s to one of the top full-service communications service providers in the United States.

CSG International is highly pleased to serve as an enabler to this Time Warner Cable transformation, partnering their services for more than 30 years. Over the years, CSG has successfully earned the rights to help Time Warner Cable to perpetually grow and evolve, added Kalan.

Time Warner Cable is the second largest cable provider in the United States, offering full-service communications services to homes and offices across the nation.
