Crittercism and Helpshift Join Forces to Increase Mobile Customer Retention

Crittercism and Helpshift have entered into a partnership to help app developers gain greater visibility into the customer experience, increase app ratings, and improve retention across Android, iOS and HTML5 platforms.


The companies have joined forces to provide developers and community managers a direct line of communication with customers, capturing critical app and device diagnostics with customer attributes for effortless troubleshooting and improvements. With this partnership, Crittercism's deep crash and error data coupled with Helpshift's seamless in-app customer service solution, developers are able to benefit from a more holistic view of usage patterns and app performance in order to quickly resolve issues from one unified dashboard.

Recently, Crittercism announced that it will offer an all-inclusive customer communication platform especially for mobile app developers. The company joined hands with UserVoice for the same. The platform will assist developers track and administer performance of the apps. A solitary, user-friendly dashboard, which will be released in the future releases, will assist developers in communicating with customers instantaneously.
