Interactive Intelligence Receives 2012 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Emerging Vendor of the Year Award

Interactive Intelligence (News - Alert) has been awarded the 2012 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Emerging Vendor of the Year award in the Contact Center Applications Market.

A part of the Frost & Sullivan (News - Alert) Asia Pacific Best Practices Awards program, this award is presented each year to the company that exhibits excellence in revenue and market share growth, innovation and differentiation strategies, major customer wins and milestones, and outstanding achievements and the ability to become a major force to be reckoned within the industry.

The Asia Pacific contact center applications market was reportedly estimated at $805.2 million in 2011 – a 13.10-percent growth over the previous year. The market in 2012 is estimated to be worth $890.0 million, and Interactive Intelligence grew its contact center applications revenue in the Asia Pacific by more than 25 percent in 2011.
