Noble Systems Expands Its Footprint in Healthcare Market with New Client Acquisition

Noble Systems (News - Alert), a contact center technology specialist, has recently announced that a nationally recognized medical practice group has selected its contact center solution.

Under the partnership, MCV Physicians, the medical practice group of the Virginia Commonwealth University Health System will implement a unified contact center solution tailored to streamline and enhance customer billing operations, a key factor in preventive services and continuity of care.

Noble System’s open, scalable, fully-distributed platform- based contact center solution will include blended dialing and routing for outbound and inbound calls, IVR, call recording, unified agent desktop tools, and advanced management and reporting resources.

Noble Systems’ Healthcare Solutions Group focuses on helping healthcare organizations address the full spectrum of patient contact needs, including patient scheduling, insurance verification, satisfaction surveys, accounts recovery and related activities across the continuum of care. A number of healthcare-related organizations are using the Noble Solutions to address pre-care and post-discharge patient communications, revenue cycle management and more.

Few months back, Noble Systems Corporation acquired assets from ALI Solutions, Inc (formerly Austin Logistics (News - Alert)), an award-winning provider of contact center decisioning and analytics applications and technology partner to five of the top 10 largest global banks. The transaction includes all intellectual property and assets including Vincio, CallTech and OnQ, ALI’s award-winning flagship suite of contact center solutions.
