iDashboards Inaugurates Online Customer Support Portal

iDashboards customers and partners can now resolve any issues using the Oskar Support Portal launched recently by the company.

Built particularly for prospects, customers and partners, Oskar (Online Support Knowledge Acquisition Repository) will act as a supporting hub offering online ticketing and troubleshooting platform.

"The launch of the Oskar Support Portal will help increase our response rates, decrease response times and help deliver greater visibility into the issues our Technical Support team deals with on a day-to-day basis," said Matt Gentry, technical support manager for iDashboards.
