iDashboards Inaugurates Online Customer Support Portal

October 31, 2012

iDashboards customers and partners can now resolve any issues using the Oskar Support Portal launched recently by the company.

Built particularly for prospects, customers and partners, Oskar (Online Support Knowledge Acquisition Repository) will act as a supporting hub offering online ticketing and troubleshooting platform.

"The launch of the Oskar Support Portal will help increase our response rates, decrease response times and help deliver greater visibility into the issues our Technical Support team deals with on a day-to-day basis," said Matt Gentry, technical support manager for iDashboards.

Through its award-winning engineering and patented technology, iDashboards helps companies leverage information assets with personalized business intelligence dashboards that takes control of data and interprets a maze of information in a relevant and meaningful manner. The company has also created ViFrame that enables users to visually interact with text data while other developmental enhancements add to the data diagnostic functionality. The image gallery and slide show charts allow the image display options to function with iDashboard's interactive intelligence, all of which contribute to quicker, and better, decisions.

Now with the introduction of Oskar Support Portal, the company will offer the users the ability to submit, review and update support tickets. Customers and partners with a current iDashboard support and maintenance contract will also get access to Oskar's User Community that offers online knowledgebase, discussion groups, downloadable assets, idea center and more.

"Our Technical Support Team has a long standing reputation for providing our prospects, customers and partners with the highest level of support possible," said Shadan Malik, president and CEO of iDashboards. "The launch of the Oskar Support Portal is an exciting achievement for the team, and has set a new benchmark for the standard of support our users can expect."

Customers and Partners can access the Oskar Support Portal through the company's website, or directly by visiting https://Oskar.iDashboards.com.
