UBM plc Launches New Call Center Jobs Board in the UK

There’s a new, comprehensive source for call center job listings in the UK. Global media solutions provider UBM plc is this week announcing the launch of its partnership with leading job board software vendor Strategies Group to launch a new recruitment site called “Call Centre Jobs.”

Call Centre.co.uk is the UK’s leading resource of news, information and insight for the Customer Service professionals, and includes the Top 50 Call Centers for Customer Service initiative, the Call Centre and Customer Service Awards and the Call Centre and Customer Management Expo. The new Call Center Jobs site is expected to build on this established brand and provide center professionals with information on the latest in-demand jobs available in the marketplace. Due to a wealth of optimized content, the www.CallCentre.co.uk site is already ranked highly in search engines for call center job-related searches, said UBM plc.

“Customer service is one of the most vibrant recruitment sectors in the country, employing 1.2 million. We already provide this industry with the market-leading Exhibition, Awards and online content - Call Centre Jobs is an important next step, said Luke Bilton, UBM Live’s Head of Content, in a statement announcing the new jobs board. “We have been really impressed with Strategies consultative approach and are looking forward to a long and fruitful relationship,” he added.

UBM plc is a London-based multinational media company. Its principal operations are live media and business-to-business communications, marketing services and data provision, and it serves specialist business communities, principally the technology, healthcare, trade and transport, ingredients and fashion industries.
