Evolve IP Upgrades its Evolved Call Center Solution

It goes without saying that for call centers to run effectively and efficiently, they need to provide newer and more innovative services and features to their customers. That’s exactly what Evolve IP (News - Alert), a cloud services company, did when it introduced major upgrades for its enterprise class Evolved Call Center solution.

The Evolved Call Center solution just got a lot better. It’s a virtual contact center solution that seamlessly integrates into any existing HPBX or legacy PBX (News - Alert) service, providing call centers of all sizes access to a full range of features required to run a call center efficiently.

Touted to be unrivaled by any other on-premises call center, the Evolved Call Center solution is scalable, flexible and cost-effective, can be rapidly deployed, delivers unmatched business continuity and is SOC-2 certified.

In addition, it includes support for the Mac, ensures painless upgrades, provides browser-based contact center tools, ensures tighter managerial controls and deep insight into operations.

More importantly, it can be monitored from anywhere, anytime, using any device.

"These new features will keep our customers way ahead of their competition, and make it possible to monitor and control their contact center from any device, anywhere,” said Rich Fox, director at Evolve IP.

The new version brings important new capabilities to customers, allowing managers to automate their reporting while choosing from 16 new report templates. It also allows agents to control their outbound caller ID from a predefined list.

“We're committed to providing a best-of-breed, low-cost, cloud-based call contact solution, and will continue to deliver innovative new features and services for our customers," added Fox, while discussing plans for the future.

One month after being recognized on the Inc. 500 as one of the fastest-growing companies in America, Evolve IP has been selected by UBM Channel and CRN as a 2012 Emerging Technology Vendor, based on its status as a leading single-source cloud services provider. Recognition as a 2012 Emerging Technology Vendor signifies Evolve IP as a premier, go-to provider among hundreds of potential partners in the marketplace.
