ATO Outsources Contact Center Service Panel to Datacom

The Australian Tax Office (ATO) has appointed Datacom (News – Alert) for its Contact Center Services Panel.

The Australian Taxation Office today appointed Datacom, a leading IT services company in Australia, for outsourcing its Contract Center Services panel group. They will also work with ATO for delivering advanced business and consumer tax services in Australia, as reported by officials.

He further added that with near four million transactions per annum requiring outsource support, ATO was looking for best in class on shore service providers.
