Sales Simplicity Aids 1,200 New Homes with its Sales Automation System


Sales Simplicity Software, a company helping homebuilder and real-estate sectorswith its automation, dynamic content management, and reporting, has announced that it has achieved dominant market share among production home builders by adding more than 1,200 new housing starts in its sales automation system so far in 2012.

Various companies including Shea Homes, Stevens Fine Homes, Terramor Homes, Logan Homes, Sedgewick Homes, Essex Homes, and Savvy Homes are currently hooked to Sales Simplicity’s enterprise software system. The company has also managed to achieve a major milestone on a national scale, with the sale of its 325th enterprise software system to The Jones Company of Tennessee and its sister company, Consort Homes.

“In today’s market, our success is achieved by optimizing each and every lead that comes through our website or walks into our model homes,” said D Logan, of Logan Homes. “Sales Simplicity allows us to engage these prospects at the highest and most-professional level through multiple means of contact, from broadcast methods on Twitter and Facebook (News - Alert), to more personal relationships that we maintain through the options selection and contract process. The company officials said that they constantly enhance their solution for relentless drive for excellence and has recently unveiled new intuitive CRM system, offering features similar to SalesForce.com, which is integrated into Sales Simplicity’s award-winning, cloud-based, sales-automation platform.

In addition, the company has taken initiative to introduce cross-platform integration with Microsoft (News - Alert) Exchange Server for calendar tasks and appointments, and deeper linkages into Facebook, Twitter, and other social media systems.
