Vocalcom Named Best Communications Solutions Product for 2011

TMC recently announced that it has awarded the Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award for 2011 to Vocalcom for its innovative HermesNet software. HermesNet is a solitary application that can manage all the workings of a call center.

The HermesNet software from Vocalcom is capable of managing all the functions of a call center independently. These include functions like outbound dialing, ACD, interactive voice response, inbound e-mails, fax distribution, scripting, connection to legacy data base systems and online navigation. HermesNet assists in augmenting the competence of call center workers, thereby making the workplace more efficient. HermesNet is therefore considered as one of the most popular communication tools available in 2011. The innovative and groundbreaking HermesNet has been honored with several awards in 2011.

HermesNet can be used by the supervisor and the call agents. A predictive dialer is used by HermesNet, which starts dialing even before the previous call is terminated. The predictive dialer utilizes personal preferences for timing the calls, resulting in augmented effectiveness. The efficiency of a call center can therefore be boosted by nearly 70 percent with HermesNet.
