TelStrat and Ingram Micro Asia Partner for Engage Suite Distribution


Global supplier of contact center solutions, TelStrat, announced this week that it has signed an agreement with Ingram Micro (News - Alert) Asia, allowing Ingram Micro channel partners in Singapore, The Philippines and Vietnam to sell and distribute TelStrat's call recording and workforce optimization (WFO) solution portfolio, Engage Contact Center Suite.

The Engage Contact Center Suite offers full voice recording and screen capture capabilities, agent performance evaluation, coaching and e-Learning, advanced speech analytics and sophisticated work management in one complete solution.

The suite is compatible with single server sites as well as large enterprises. It also supports a range of voice technologies – including SIP, VoIP, TDM, analog and radio – all on one server.

Furthermore, ShoreTel (News - Alert) ShoreWare Core Software VoIP users have enjoyed full support for some time now while in July, TelStrat released an Engage Cloud offering for contact center outsourcers, multitenant surroundings and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS (News - Alert)) hosted providers.

"The demand for call recording and WFO for businesses and contact centers is expanding throughout the ASEAN member nations," Francis Choo, executive managing director of Ingram Micro Asia, said in a recent statement. "TelStrat's Engage product suite brings significant value to our channel partners by providing them the means to meet this demand with advanced, proven technology that's easy, and affordable."

The distribution agreement will makes it easy for Ingram Micro channel partners to provide bundled call recording and WFO solutions with Cisco (News - Alert) sales proposals to small- to medium-sized businesses, cloud deployments and large enterprises. The agreement will also see TelStrat work with Ingram Micro to promote VAR sales, supply pre-sale and post-sale technical support services and provide solution training for Engage products.

"The name Ingram Micro is known the world over for the depth of their technology product mix and the reach of their channel partner network," said TelStrat CEO Bob Carroll. "We are incredibly pleased to be working with Ingram Micro to expand our market presence and sales in the ASEAN region."
