In addition, with their recent announcement of the company’s Metro Cross-Connect service, customers colocated in meet me rooms at either 111 8th Avenue or 60 Hudson Street now have the ability to interconnect to one-another within the same metro market. The additional space at 111 8th Avenue in New York is currently ready for occupancy.

 

In the first quarter of year 2008, Telx’s business has seen nice growth and is expected to have year-over-year revenue growth more than 40 percent. The main reasons behind it are the growing number of existing customers expanding into multiple Telx facilities, and the introduction of 27 new customers in the first quarter of the year. During the same period, the number of cross connections of the company has exceeded 1,300.
