EarthLink Upgrades myLink Portal, Unifies Business Tasks for Users

EarthLink Inc., an IT and communications provider, recently added some features to its myLink self-service customer control point.

An essential business tool that provides a centralized, integrated on-demand gateway to each EarthLink Business account, myLink empowers customers with a wealth of self-service applications, reporting and management features and provides a more streamlined and efficient customer experience.


The new myLink portal enables users to seamlessly access all of their EarthLink Business services via one interface. It will also include new tools like convenient control panel links to Microsoft Exchange 2010 Hostingand VMware vCloud Hostingproducts.

"EarthLink has added robust, new functionality to myLink this year and plans to continually improve and upgrade the user experience," said Brian Fink, CTO at EarthLink. Meanwhile, EarthLink recently announced it will present at the Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. 15th Annual Technology, Internet & Communications Conference in Boston, MA. EarthLink CFO Bradley A. Ferguson will speak at the event on Wednesday, August 15, 2012 at 2:25 p.m. Eastern Time.
