Sound Telecom Recruits John Dubay as Director of Operations


Sound Telecom, a premier nationwide provider of telephone answering, call center and unified communication services, recently appointed John Dubay as Director of Operations.

A 20-year veteran with client services, account management and operations management, Dubay will be responsible for delivering client-specific operational metrics that add value to Sound Telecom and its diverse client base.

Sound Telecom provides telephone answering, inbound and outbound call services, unified communications (through its Solaxis division), and paging services for customers throughout the U.S. and British Columbia, Canada.

Over the past five years, Sound Telecom has added Web-enabled services such as chat, e-mail response and more to its inbound and outbound call services; voice logging for superior customer service and quality assurance; a Web-portal interface for easier access to account data and reports; and new communication servers for greater reliability.

The company is serving notable corporations such as American Red Cross, Blue Cross, Century 21, Hertz, Microsoft (News - Alert), Siemens Medical Solutions, Trammel Crow, U.S. Bank, Winstar Cruises and many others.

As Director of Operations, Dubay will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Sound Telecom’s multiple service delivery centers. The industry veteran has vast experience in managing, developing, fostering, maintaining and growing complex, enterprise-level client relationships.
