Symmetrics Tempts OEMs with its nVISION Suite of Solutions

July 30, 2012

By launching the comprehensive Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) program, “Powered by Symmetrics,” the provider of solutions for contact centers has furthered its reputation among ISVs and telephony vendors as a go-to partner, for whom better reporting and analysis is a never-ending quest for performance improvement.

Consequently, Symmetrics is offering its nVISION suite of solutions for bundling by third parties. The OEM program includes several of the company's applications and technologies associated with reporting and analysis of data from well-known vendors.

The program gives OEM partners greater choice and flexibility, takes best practices from business intelligence and data warehousing and makes its solutions fit the unique reporting and analysis needs of customers, no matter how many different systems, applications or call center sites they have.

Included in the “Powered by Symmetrics” program is an array of ready-to-bundle OEM business intelligence solutions that meet reporting and customer needs.

A cloud-based SaaS solution, nVISION on Demand allows business intelligence functionality, content to be embedded directly into OEMs software products or hosted solutions.

nVISION Data Mart integrates data from any system, application or data source found in the modern contact center.

Further, nVISION Real Time, which delivers browser-based, real-time data displays, can be integrated into third-party systems for display on large, wall-mounted displays or standard desktop applications.

And, nVISION Data Bridges can access data from major systems like Avaya and can write to virtually any relational database system.

“With our program, vendors can bundle the enabling technologies they need now, with the confidence that they can expand their reporting and data integration capabilities in the future with the same OEM partner,” said Richard McElroy, president and chief operating officer at Symmetrics.

For Symmetrics, reporting and analytics goes beyond being a mere add-on to the call center system. It uses the data as a base to build, implement and support software solutions that are available as embeddable OEM solutions for contact center and telephony systems.
