Triple Delight for Avtex at Interactions 2012


Avtex's (News - Alert) deep capabilities in the contact center and unique position in the Interactive Intelligence partner community came to the forefront when it received multiple awards at the annual customer and partner conference hosted by Interactive Intelligence (News - Alert).

Interactions 2012 saw Avtex, a provider of integrated solutions, walk off with three awards: 'Support Partner of the Year' for delivering excellent customer support, 'Leading Edge Partner of the Year' for its ability to integrate Interactive's solutions with popular platforms from Microsoft (News - Alert) and 'Marketing Partner of the Year' because it executed the most effective marketing campaigns.
