VOX Network Solutions Named 'Partner in Customer Excellence' by Avaya

Customer satisfaction is quite possibly the most important factor, or at least one of the most important factors, in driving repeat business in any sector. Avaya (News - Alert) – a privately held networking, IT and telecommunications company focused on business communications – seems to think so, as its Avaya Connect Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) Program encourages its partners to aim for high customer service scores.

Recently, VOX Network Solutions (News - Alert), a provider of converged voice and data solutions, was awarded the "Partner in Customer Excellence" designation from Avaya. VOX received this prestigious title based on an exceptionally high average customer satisfaction score, putting it well above other Avaya partners.

"We are thrilled to receive this designation from Avaya. VOX continues to differentiate by delivering business process optimization and superior customer service to our valued clients," Scott Landis, VOX Network Solution's president and CEO, said in a news release. "I thank all of our VOX Network Solutions team members and customers who are the keys to our success."

The Avaya CSAT Program requires that partners have a minimum number of customer surveys completed in order to accurately demonstrate a target minimum average score over a rolling 12-month period.

VOX Network Solutions is not only an Avaya partner, but has also been a distributor of Amcom Software's mission-critical communications software products, such as E911 emergency notification and call center management, since 2008. VOX delivers these products to its Nortel customers.

The company also received attained Unified Communications (News - Alert) competency specialization in Voice, also referred to as ‘Voice Specialization,’ through the Microsoft (News - Alert) Partner Program. A Microsoft Gold Certified Partner, VOX Network Solutions wanted to complete this competency exam in order to be ready for the launch of Microsoft Office Communications Server (OCS) 2007 R2.

As such, VOX has been qualified by Microsoft to deploy its unified communications technologies such as Microsoft Exchange Server 2007, Unified Messaging and Microsoft Office Communications Server 2007 – including VoIP and audio-, video-, and Web- conferencing – since 2009.
