Teleperformance Wins the 2012 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific Contact Center Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year Award

Frost & Sullivan honored outsourced customer experience management services provider, Teleperformance with the 2012 Asia Pacific Contact Center Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year Award in recognition of the company’s performance in revenue management, market share, capabilities, and overall contribution to the ICT industry.


Frost & Sullivan explained that its awards are presented to companies that demonstrate best practices in their industry, commending the diligence, commitment, and innovative business strategies required to advance in the global marketplace and the 2012 Frost & Sullivan Asia Pacific ICT Awards seeks to recognize companies and individuals that have demonstrated outstanding performance across Asia Pacific.

Teleperformance asserted that the 2012 contact center outsourcing service provider of the year is the 17th award it has received from Frost & Sullivan since 2006, and now it has won the Provider of the Year Award in all four regions of the world Frost and Sullivan evaluates; North America, Latin America, EMEA and Asia Pacific.
