ILD Corp. Hires Seasoned Contact Center Executive to Accelerate Company Growth

ILD Corp recently announced it hired Eric Sherman as its Vice President of Business Development. Sherman, who had earlier worked with Global Response, will spearhead the company’s sales and marketing, as well as oversee ILD’s Outsourced Services business objectives.

With extensive experience in customer relationship management, Eric Sherman will bring more than two decades of solid sales and marketing expertise to ILD. He also has a background in call centers and multi-channel contact centers, and will be able to provide strong insights and strategies to inform ILD’s plans for growth and expansion.
