Windesheim University Upgrades Call Center with AltiGen's MaxACD for Lync 2010

AltiGen recently announced Windesheim University of Applied Sciences has deployed AltiGen's MaxACD contact center solution for Microsoft Lync. The solution provides compelling communications solution for the University.


AltiGen Communications provides Microsoft VoIP business phone systems and Unified Communications solutions. AltiGen's MaxACD contact center solution for Microsoft Lync offers an easy-to-use, manageable call center for Lync.

Important features of AltiGen's MaxACD include skills-based routing, multi-level Auto Attendant, a flexible and adaptable IVR with CRM integration capabilities, Call Recording and monitoring and reporting.

Windesheim is one of the biggest universities of applied sciences in the Netherlands. It has more than 21,500 students, thousands of other study participants and 1,769 members of staff at sites in Zwolle, Lelystad and Almere.

Windesheim has several research institutes studying a variety of themes.

The university selected AltiGen as part of its migration from OCS to Microsoft Lync Server 2010, started in 2012. Officials at Windesheim realized that AltiGen's MaxACD can complement their Microsoft technology investment.

AltiGen recently announced that Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation has deployed AltiGen's MaxACD for Microsoft Lync as part of its continuous IT/communications infrastructure upgrades that kicked off in 2010.
