ShoreTel, provider of IP unified communications solutions, recently initiated a survey that measured customer satisfaction and has concluded that B2B Computer Products achieved extremely high customer satisfaction rate for the 9-month period spanning July 2011 - March 2012.
B2B Computer has been on top in the ratings, beating other big companies such as Costco, Apple and Amazon.com.
Mike Theriault, B2B Computer's president and CEO said that, their ShoreTel customer satisfaction rate is indicative of the overall satisfaction that their clients have with all of their products and services.
“We have always put a premium on customer service, but it's rewarding to be recognized by a partner that we respect and value as much as ShoreTel,” Theriault added.
ShoreTel officials said that they have been conducting a survey since 2006 in which each end user is questioned after each installation and in July 2011 they started using the “Net Promoter Score,” in which B2B Computer scored highest with 67 points.
