Amdocs Reaffirms Customer Success on 30th Anniversary

Amdocs recently celebrated 30 years of providing customer experience systems to some of the leading communications service providers across the world. Amdocs marked this milestone by rolling out a fresh vision that said “Embrace Challenge, Experience Success” that represents its commitment to help customers win in the rapidly evolving connected world.


The company also announced the launch of a new partner program called Amdocs Enreach, which is designed to provide more value to Amdocs' global customer base. The new program will leverage creative strategies and ideas from upcoming companies and research institutes all over the world, in combination with its CES product portfolio.

In a release, Eli Gelman, CEO of Amdocs Management Limited said, “While Amdocs has evolved significantly over the past 30 years to meet the changing needs of our industry, what strikes me most is how little one key aspect of the company has changed - the relentless determination of our employees to do whatever it takes to ensure our customers' business success. Amdocs’ comprehensive CES 8 product portfolio, value-driven professional services and global managed service operations have helped customers overcome the biggest challenges of the industry. On the customer front, service providers need to find the way through the various choices in services, devices and price plans available to customers. Service providers also need to navigate the network-facing frontier as the demand for data has increased with an increasing number of devices, people and applications.

In other news, to meet the growing needs of service providers who are trying to get more business customers, Amdocs is offering two new enterprise solutions: Amdocs Enterprise Customer Management and Enterprise Service Fulfillment.
