G2M International Opens Contact Center in Costa Rica

G2M International, a division of Dialogue Marketing, has expanded the company's international presence by opening its newest contact center in Costa Rica.

Officials with G2Mi said that the new Costa Rica contact center strengthens the company’s Latin and South American relationships through local, highly-skilled, native-speaking agents to help clients reduce operational costs, improve the customer experience and increase cross-selling initiatives to generate additional revenue.

"By establishing a workforce in Costa Rica dedicated to serving our Latin and South American clients, G2Mi's U.S.-based division is better positioned to work with those same clients' U.S. and global operations, which will spur additional domestic employment opportunities," said Harold Smith, president of G2Mi, in a statement.

"In 2011, our parent company, Dialogue Marketing, recruited 810 new U.S.-based employees across all business units to support the company's growth and continues to search for local talent for both our Michigan and Utah offices," said Smith.

With the company's recent expansion into South America and its newest contact center in Costa Rica, G2Mi now offers flexible, tailored solutions to companies in Latin and South America as it does domestically.

"After 30 years in business, we've recognized that to achieve superior service, you need localized support," said Alejandro Vargas, chief executive officer and president of Dialogue Marketing.

"We attribute our success to that strategy; therefore, opening a contact center in Latin America, staffed by local, Latin American agents would provide our Latin American clients the level of service we are committed to providing,” said Vargas.

He said that in doing so, G2Mi provides greater success for its clients, enabling the company to achieve worldwide growth and drive employment opportunities for the United States.

G2M International provides profitable Go-to-Market Programs to enable package goods companies' small business accounts to easily place orders over the phone, web, or fax at no shipping cost to them.

Back in August, G2M International announced the expansion of its team with Brian Giannini as vice president of business development and Pam Wygocki as client services manager.

Together, they bring nearly 50 years of experience to the company.
