RedHorse CRM Integrates Lead Management and Sales Management



Lead management and sales management have been now integrated by RedHorse CRM. A seamless process from first lead to sales order is therefore ensured. Apart from giving user tools to interact with leads automatically, the latest release, v4.2 educates and encourages prospects until they become interested in purchasing.

The double entry importation process required by online services like Marketo (News - Alert) and Eloqua is bypassed with the latest release of RedHorse CRM. Successful lead generation results are smoothly fed into the sales process by v4.2 through its on-premises capability. Customers are able to manage the entire process in great detail with the automated workflow. Order production from leads obtained is therefore maximized.

In a release, Connie Koch, founder of RedHorse CRM, said, “By integrating Leads as a module, we give lead management full access to all of the tools and processes available within RedHorse CRM. This permits users to automate their lead management process, insuring that no lead is lost to inaction. This also insures that each lead is handled consistently.”

According to Koch, the actions that convert leads to sales will be now known precisely by businesses using RedHorse CRM Lead Management. These actions can be also repeated exactly by the businesses.

BestFit Solutions is a RedHorse Value Added Reseller or VAR. David Brydson of BestFit Solutions said, “RedHorse CRM v4.2 lead management can adjust to the actions taken by prospects. When a prospect is ready to buy, sales processes are activated, but if the prospect isn’t ready, they are moved to an appropriate lead management strategy. Leads aren’t lost – ever.”

Brydson added that other lead management solutions cost several thousands of dollars per month. RedHorse CRM however offers the lead management module at no additional cost, as it is a part of the program.
