IXACT Contact Launches Five New Activity Plans to Hobbs/Herder Clients

IXACT Contact Solutions, a real estate contact management and e-mail marketing system, has added the new Hobbs/Herder activity plans to its real estate CRM.


Hobbs/Herder asserted that it has built its reputation on creating the most effective marketing tools for the real estate industry. By crafting a story around users -- their background and experience, interests and values -- the company establishes them as the real estate pro clients want to call first. And five Hobbs/Herder-designed Activity Plans have now been added to IXACT Contact specifically for Hobbs/Herder clients.

IXACT explained that the first plan is the 90 Day Plan, a comprehensive plan for Hobbs/Herder clients to generate a minimum of 10 transactions in 90 days with their Personal Prospecting Brochure and with specification to do what and when.

The second plan is the Expireds Plan, a seven-day activity plan for preparing real estate leads from expired listings using a combination of letters, PowerKards, phone calls, special reports, and the agent’s personal brochure. The third plan is for marketing to For Sale By Owners, or FSBOs, an eight week plan for generating FSBO leads using letters, PowerKards, and special reports.

The fourth is the Listing Service Plan, a series of 17 high-impact email and letters sent weekly beginning the day a REALTOR lists a new home. The last plan integrated into the IXACT real estate CRM is the Client Hero Plan, a high touch phone plan that was designed to help REALTORS cement client relationships and ensure a lifetime of referrals and repeat business.
