CRM, "Techno-Fabulous" Reporting of Trends Offered by EnsyncTrends
By David Sims, TMCnet Contributing EditorBusiness mogul and reality TV star Donald Trump has said "If you are able to hit a trend or a fad early, you'll make much more money than you would from a more normal business."
EnsyncTrends wants you not only to be able to jump on such trends -- they want to connect them to your CRM.
The company's product "executes multiple data tracking, to provide a glance at vital patterns in the four major business components -- financial outlook, business process review, performance measurements, and customer satisfaction and retention -- that can make or break a company," company officials say.
Company officials say their knowledge of tracking and trend forecasting allows them to "analyze the impact of internal and external actions on the bottom line, identifying "what it takes to remain successful in a difficult economy."
The products connect to the most powerful CRM products and data sources such as Salesforce.com (News - Alert), Siebel, SQL Server, ORACLE, Excel, Access, and XML
. A 30-day free trial is available on the EnsyncTrends Website.
The EnsyncTrends staff "customizes the areas of trend forecasting and secure login credentials that best suits the company's needs and extracts a data model for the EnsyncRep product for near real-time access." The result, company officials say, is "a concise format of data compilation that enables executives to make decisions whether in or out of the office -- technofabulous reporting" on the iPhone (News - Alert), Blackberry, or Internet-enabled cell phone.
"Techno-fabulous reporting" -- there you go, there's your new buzzword for the day. EnsyncTrends officials call it "a must-have convenience [ponder the sociological implications of that statement] for the jet-setter needing access to the company's progress in a New York minute."
"Wireless is the way to go for executive decision makers to view a quick summary of the bottom line, ROI, capital expenditures, profit margins, and performance measurements. While follow-up meetings may be necessary, data retrieval in the palm of the hand provides an unprecedented expedient visibility into how an organization is performing," said EnsyncTrends' Lead Strategist, Temeko Richardson.
"Targeting, attracting, and retaining new customers" will remain a top priority for chief information officers in 2008, according to a worldwide survey of 1,500 CIOs by Gartner (News - Alert) Executive Programs noted earlier this month.
The research firm also outlines seven types of initiatives that can help organizations "focus on specific efforts that, in aggregate, will boost customer loyalty and satisfaction."
"No one project will, by itself, improve the overall experience, but the combination of these seven types of projects, if implemented well, will contribute to the development and perpetual improvement of the organization's customer experiences," said Ed Thompson, research vice president at Gartner.
Focus your efforts on projects that are doable and critical, Gartner advises, while keeping the broader business objective as a future project.
