EMA Intros Two New Online IT Management Technologies

Enterprise Management Associates (EMA), an IT management research and consulting company, has made available two new technologies, the Network Change and Configuration Management (NCCM) Solutions Center and Service Catalog Solutions Center.



The two new technologies have been developed by the company's IT Management Solutions Center. This center is a free-of-cost online resource that offers the most effective third-party analysis of IT management vendors and technologies.

Together with the new topics, the IT Management Solutions Center now includes 15 important IT management technologies. Other important technologies include configuration Management Database (CMDB), Service Desk, next-Generation Asset Management, service Level Management (SLM) and Business Service Management (BSM), virtualization, Information Security, systems Change and Configuration Management.
