GlobalOne Expands Geographical Footprint by Acquiring FLOW thru LOGIC

October 21, 2011

GlobalOne, provider of cloud computing, social collaboration and CRM services for the enterprise, as a part of its initiative to increase its vertical solutions capability has announced the acquisition of FLOW thru LOGIC, provider of health care process optimization consulting and work management systems.

The move to acquire FLOW thru LOGIC was facilitated through a recent capital funding from Columbia Capital, a venture capital firm that focuses on technology investments across the wireless, broadband, media and enterprise sectors. With the acquisition, GlobalOne will increase its business visibility within Central Florida.

The GlobalOne suite of solutions has been designed to accelerate integration of different architectures with SaaS supported sales and CRM platforms so that enterprise customers can benefit from cloud computing services. The company's solutions have been designed around the blended-shore delivery model, and to further enhance its product offerings, GlobalOne will utilize custom application developing solutions from FLOW thru LOGIC to allow connection between legacy telcom systems and the technologically advanced SaaS-based CRM platforms.

In a release, David Northington, GlobalOne CEO, said, "With the acquisition of FLOW thru LOGIC we are delivering on our commitment to expand GlobalOne capabilities in targeted verticals. Telcoms are burdened with legacy systems and struggling to move to the cloud. FLOW thru LOGIC cracked the code for solving these issues with applications that enable rapid integration between legacy systems and SaaS offerings. FLOW thru LOGIC's technical expertise and process knowledge will allow GlobalOne to better serve clients as we drive our growth worldwide."

Telcom Companies leverage custom application development solutions as well as CRM integration and IT professional services from FLOW thru LOGIC. The 'pre-framed' telecom applications from FLOW thru LOGIC have been designed to enable faster rate of prototyping and early proof of concept testing to support integrating between CRM platforms and legacy telcom systems.

Matt Blocha, president, FLOW thru LOGIC, said, "Transforming business operations for our clients is what defines us. We're pleased to become part of the GlobalOne family. The close match between our company cultures, and the shared belief that every client engagement must enable transformation in business operations to meet the goals of the client, will deliver immediate benefits to our customers."
