TeleTech Signs Multiyear Agreement With Leading Global Automobile Manufacturer

TeleTech Holdings Inc. has reportedly signed a multiyear agreement with one of the world's largest automobile manufacturers.

TeleTech is one of the largest and most geographically diverse global providers of business process outsourcing solutions. The company has a 26-year history of designing, implementing, and managing critical business processes for Global 1000 companies to help them improve their customers' experience, expand their strategic capabilities, and increase their operating efficiencies.


The company has developed deep domain expertise and support approximately 300 business process outsourcing programs serving approximately 135 global clients in the automotive, communications, financial services, government, healthcare, retail, technology and travel and leisure industries. The company’s integrated global solutions are provided by more than 60,000 employees utilizing 40,000 workstations across 90 delivery centers in 18 countries.

TeleTech brings together advanced technologies and human resources to deliver superior return on investment to clients through high-value, innovative solutions.

TeleTech as per the agreement will provide standardized, consistent service for the entire suite of products offered by the client, from multiple global locations in 18 languages.

The BPO company will also support the automobile major in general product inquiries, document fulfillment, and demo registration and will operate in channels that include phone, post, email, and Web chat.

TeleTech will provide front- and back-office services for customers throughout Western and Central Europe as well as Scandinavia.
