Whether it is in service, content or technology. Our seminar will focus on the latest technology advances in the industry and how organizations can leverage technology to create a competitive advantage and provide outstanding customer service. Senior executives from our headquarters in the UK and the US will be flying in to share their knowledge and expertise with seminar attendees."

Some of the areas that the seminar will touch on include ways to increase productivity and performance within contact center environments while leveraging already existing resources, as well as technology that can assist with streamlining customer interactions and business processes.
