More Cost Savings with Enhanced Altitude vBox

Customers using Skype to call into the contact center are provided free calls and easy click-to-call convenience in the latest release. Support for fallback DNS server, application server failover clustering and transit switch architecture has now been included. The new features of Altitude vBox also include enhanced agent ergonomics and simpler administration. Auto provisioning is also supported.
