Another Company, Interactive Intelligence Foundation, Hops on the Blogging Band Wagon

October 03, 2011

The Interactive Intelligence Foundation, the nonprofit division of Interactive Intelligence Group Inc., has just stepped into the 21st century with a brand new blog that has been designed to provide best tips and advice for support charities that work tirelessly to make the lives of at-risk youth better on a daily basis.

“Our mission to help at-risk youth involves many passionate people with personal stories of universal relevance,” said Interactive Intelligence Chief Marketing Officer and Foundation president, Joe Staples, in a statement. “The global reach and open, two-way dialogue that a blog facilitates is the ideal way to share the experiences of those working on behalf of the Foundation and its charities.”

The Interactive Intelligence Foundation Blog will act as forum for donors, volunteers, and community members to remain up-to-date with all of the most current projects the foundation is working on, sharing information about upcoming events and the charities it supports. In addition, the blog will cover certain topics in-depth including volunteerism, at-risk youth empowerment and technology education, a press release revealed.

Are you curious as to who will be writing the blog posts? Writers for the Interactive Intelligence Foundation Blog will include multiple volunteer committee members as well as guest bloggers. According to a press release, Interactive Intelligence revealed that under the agreement Malaz Technology is going to offer the unified IP business communications suite from Interactive Intelligence to both its contact center and enterprise customers that are located within the Kingdom.
