September 28, 2011

APAC Customer Services, Inc is a leader in global outsourced services and solutions. The company recently announced that it will be organizing a job fair in order to find and hire candidates to fill the 120 positions that are currently available in its Corpus Christi contact center. The media have also been officially invited to attend the event which is scheduled to take place on Wednesday, September 28 from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM at the APAC contact center which is located at 802 North Carancahua Street, suite 800.

Most of the openings are for Customer Service Associates who will be required only to handle inbound customer calls as there will be no outbound calls. There are also other positions available such as Team Leader and Trainer. All positions will be full time and provide a number of health benefits, including dental and vision. These positions have flexible schedules and those selected will also have a paid training program as part of their induction. Apart from a competitive salary, individuals will also be able to receive incentive pay based on their meeting, quality adherence, attendance goals and customer satisfaction.

In a release, APAC CEO Kevin Keleghan said, "We are looking for associates who want to bring their excitement, their ideas and their passion for customer service into our company. We know that we are successful only because we hire the best."

Preferred candidates will be those who already have customer service experience either within the contact center industry or in some other service arena. Strong computer and keyboard skills are essential for these positions. The hiring process will be based on candidates' successful passing of a background check and drug screening.

If for some reason you are unable to attend this job fair, you can also apply for a career with APAC via the Careers section of apaccustomerservices.com.
